Annual Assessments
ASSESSMENTS
 
Annual Assessments are $450 per calendar year.  Full payment is due by February 28th, annually. Delinquent accounts will be assessed a $25 per month late fee on the first day of each month in which the account remains delinquent.
 
The Annual Assessment is used to conduct the business of the Asbury Lane Village Homeowners Association, including, but not limited to:
 
Maintenance of the Clubhouse
 
Maintenance of the Pool
 
Maintenance of the Fitness Center equipment
 
Maintenance of gates and cameras at both entrances
 
Maintenance of Neighborhood Common Areas
 
The Annual Assessment is established in the Bylaws of the Association, and reiterated in the Covenants:
 
Each owner by acceptance of a Deed or other conveyance document for such lot, whether or not expressed in any such Deed or other conveyance document shall be deemed to covenant and agree to pay to the Association any maintenance or special assessments which shall be levied by the Association. Each such assessment shall be a charge on the land and shall be a continuing lien upon each Lot and the personal obligation of the Person who is the owner of such Lot at the time the assessment fell due. No Class A member may become exempt from other otherwise (sic) avoid liability for the payment of any assessment by the abandonment of any lot or by the abandonment or release of the member’s rights to use, benefit and enjoy the Common Area and/or the Common Facilities.
